At VIBE WITH MIND LLC, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all coaching sessions:
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Clients may cancel or reschedule a coaching session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.
- Sessions canceled within the allowed timeframe may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability.
2. Late Cancellations
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
3. Missed Sessions
- Any session missed without prior notice (no-show) will be considered completed.
- No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for missed sessions.
