1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if the digital program, course, or coaching session has not been fully accessed or completed.
  • If a significant portion of the content has been accessed, or materials have been downloaded, refunds may be denied.
  • Completed coaching sessions or fully delivered services are non-refundable.

2. Digital Products & Coaching Services

  • Digital products, including courses and downloadable materials, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Coaching or mentorship sessions are non-refundable once completed.
